All of our programs come with education, support, and empowerment, but differs in the level of detail and time required by the RD to best match your needs. Have general questions, please email us.
Step 3: Consider your fitness
Yes, your nutrition is one of the key elements to a sustainable and healthy lifestyle, but there fitness is a large component. Fitness can be walking more or starting bootcamp classes, personal training, or even CrossFit. Regardless, your movement health is a part of your nutritional journey as it helps stimulate the very system you are fueling. After your nutrition goal assessment, set up your Fitness Assessment to get a sense of where you are and what direction you should go to improve your fitness.
