Redefine Your Nutrition
What can food do for you?
Whole food based, supported by science, sustainable for a lifetime.
Your body is amazing, and we can help it work as it was intended. You don't need to trick or force your body to lose weight through chemicals or deprivation, and choosing the short-term diet will provide short term results. Our nutritionists are Registered Dietitians (RD) and will guide you to live a lifestyle based on whole foods, supported by the science, and sustainable for a lifetime. We are located in Lynnwood, WA.
How to Start:
Step 1: Complimentary Nutrition Goal Assessment
Schedule a free 15-minute Nutrition Goal Assessment with one of our Registered Dietitians. During this session, the Registered Dietitian will help determine your goals and prescribe a suggested plan for nutrition counseling. Nutrition counseling sessions can be either 30 or 60 minutes, and the number and frequency of appointments depends on your individual goals and needs.
Step 2: Browse Our Counseling Strategies
Your health is priceless and it's important not to place a monetary value on it, however, we understand the expense. See our counseling strategies and the associated pricing. All of our strategies come with the Experience Momentum mission, to educate, support, empower, and connect with you to make the breakthrough in your life. The difference in the strategies reflect your primary goal.
Step 3: Consider Your Fitness
Your nutrition is a key element to a sustainable and healthy lifestyle, but your fitness is just as important. Fitness does not have to involve becoming a marathoner or a CrossFit athlete. It can involve a change in your walking pace, or going on one new hike each month. Regardless, your movement health is a part of your nutritional journey as it helps stimulate the very system you are fueling. After your Nutrition Goal Assessment, we recommend scheduling your Fitness Assessment with one of our Coaches to better direct your fitness needs relative to your goals.
