Best for weight loss goals greater than 20 pounds.
With your choice of 1, 2, or 3x/wk for 12-months, this plan is essential for a significant lifestyle change, and will educate, support, and empower you to sustain this new lifestyle for years to come.
6-month Personal Training Weight Loss Program
Best for weight loss goals greater than 10 pounds.
Similar to the 12-month program, you have your choice of a 1, 2, or 3x/wk program for, but for 6-months. You get the same education, support, and empowerment as the 12-month program.
20 and 10 Session Training Weight Loss Package
Best for weight loss goals under 10 pounds and toning up your body.
The 20/10 packs are great for those who need training weekly for a couple of months to either lose those extra few pounds before a big day or event, or for those looking to tone-up
