Our Fitness Coaches believe in functional movement. That means the movement you do in our gym should support the movement you do in everyday life. Whether you're looking for low-impact stretching or an all-out high intensity workout, our Coaches have created a variety of classes that include a wide range of weight, speed, and intensity to help you be stronger at life.

Build strength and power in CrossFit classes backed by our Doctors of Physical Therapy.

Perform and achieve your running and endurance goals through Seattle's only sport-specific cross-training running class programmed and taught by Doctors of Physical Therapy. You cannot afford a season without this runner specific strength and conditioning class, blended with weight lifting, core/hip strength, and efficiency techniques to take your running to the next level.

Mobility and flexibility are key components of building strength. From casual to elite athlete, all will benefit from the yoga-based movements in any of our yoga classes.

Rock out to the beat of the music in CycleBeatz - with changes in music, terrain, resistance, and speed you'll never get the same workout twice. Or try CycleStrength for a class that is 30 minutes of cycling and 30 minutes of strength training – the best of both worlds.

Take advantage of our 7-Day FREE Fitness Trial and learn our pricing as you get started. CrossFit requires the completion of CrossFit OnRamp (an intro to the movements) or a test out. On-Ramp is complimentary with unlimited monthly memberships, otherwise there is a cost associated with this. Discounts exist for Personal Training Clients, Family memberships, Full-Time Students, Public Servants, and Corporate memberships.
