Nutrition Philosophy

Based on whole foods, supported by science, and sustainable for a lifetime, our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) are here to help you find clarity in nutrition that is right for you and supports the life you want to live. We understand that it's not always just about the food – food is social, emotional, and cultural, which means one way of eating doesn't fit all. Whether you are a parent trying to feed the family, a casual or competitive athlete, trying to navigate a medical condition, or simply looking to support your long-term health with food, our RDN’s are here to help you experience an approach to nutrition counseling that incorporates positive health behaviors into your unique lifestyle in ways that you can happily maintain for life.

Costs & Insurance

Nutrition Goal Assessment

Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists accept most major insurance carriers in addition to cash-pay plans. Cash-pay options can be found down the page.

Not sure where to start? Consider a FREE Goal Assessment with a Registered Dietitian, and let us help you determine the best plan of care.

What to Expect at your First Visit

Initial sessions for Nutrition are always 60 minutes. This gives our Providers enough time to ask questions to understand your situation, which includes what you typically eat in a day, medications & supplements, physical activity habits, cooking abilities, and overall lifestyle. This information helps your RD create a care plan that is specific to you and feels achievable. Within the first session, you’ll also get a few recommendations and goals to start working towards from your Registered Dietitian. With the help of your RD, you will also determine how often you should meet (weekly, bi-weekly, once per month check-in, or customized) and for what length of session (30 or 60 minutes).

Kari P. - Competitive Runner

“Just wanted to give a shout out to Holly Anderson who is a Registered Dietitian at Experience Momentum. She has taught me so much about nutrition to improve my running performance. Her knowledge and passion is incredible. Even after the first session I took away some very useful information that improved my workouts. … I’m so excited to use my knowledge and crush my next marathon!”

Hailing X. - Healthy Lifestyle

“I have been working with Mackenzie, the Dietitian, for about 2 months now. She’s the first nutritionist I have ever worked with and I have nothing but positive experiences with her. She really took her time to get to know me, and not once have I felt pressured or discouraged from sharing my goals and where I want to be in my journey with food and my weight. … Every time we meet, I just feel really comfortable talking about how my week went, progress or not.”

Katie B. - CrossFitter

"When you walk in to a nutrition appointment at EM, there is no shame, there is no judgment, there is only a desire to help. As I work through different food sensitivities and internal body issues, my RD has been there to help support and guide me through the often tricky food industry. There is no shortage of meal ideas, tips and tricks for long days, and random check ins."

S.K. - Healthy Lifestyle

I have been seeing Crystal Franck, RD for a few months now. Her approach to nutrition is individualized, compassionate, kind, but honest. In our time together, I’ve learned not only what to eat but how to approach my relationship with food to support the goals I have. She never tells me that I can’t or should not eat something, but instead invites me to a discussion to make those choices that feel the healthiest. … Do yourself a favor, make an appointment with her!”
