What to Expect at your First Visit
Initial sessions for Nutrition are always 60 minutes. This gives our Providers enough time to ask questions to understand your situation, which includes what you typically eat in a day, medications & supplements, physical activity habits, cooking abilities, and overall lifestyle. This information helps your RD create a care plan that is specific to you and feels achievable. Within the first session, you’ll also get a few recommendations and goals to start working towards from your Registered Dietitian. With the help of your RD, you will also determine how often you should meet (weekly, bi-weekly, once per month check-in, or customized) and for what length of session (30 or 60 minutes).

Grocery Store Tour
$150 (1-hour tour with Registered Dietitian)
Learn the best strategies from our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists for making healthy choices at the grocery store and choosing the best foods and products to support your health. Our most interactive and fun way to learn, bring all your questions about food products, nutrition labels, and food choices! See video.
Grocery Store Tours are held at the grocery store of your choosing, at the store location closest to the Experience Momentum clinics.
If your insurance doesn’t cover nutrition visits, 2, 4, and 8 appointment packs are available for cash-pay at both 60 and 30-minute lengths. Discounts are provided as the number of sessions purchased increases. Inquire at the front desk for specific pricing.
