Roosevelt reminds us that the credit does not belong to the spectator offering criticism from a safe distance. It belongs to the person whose face is marked by dust and sweat, who falls short, gets back up, and continues to participate fully in life.

It is overwhelming to try to decipher what nutrition advice is accurate, misleading, or just outright false. While AI may be helpful in certain instances, it is incredibly important to discuss your nutrition needs with a dietitian to ensure your body is getting what it needs.
