How It Works

• Teams of four - costumes encouraged!

• 5-minute rowing intervals for each team member.

• 15-minute rest between intervals. Two hours total.

• Three divisions: Men, Women, and Mixed

The top two teams in each division that cover the most distance get to donate up to $500 to the environmental nonprofit of their choice via 1% for the Planet.
