Saturday November 11th, we’ll be slighting changing classes at each of our locations to honor our the Veterans and Active Duty service members in our country for their sacrifice and courage for us and our country. We will be hosting the “Chad” workout, a famous Crossfit workout named after Navy Seal to posthumously honor him. We will have multiple options for workouts so you can still choose a workout that’s right for your body, while continuing to honor those who have given so much, and some who have given everything.
