Our Approach
Here at EM, we're leading industry change with an inclusive, proactive, and holistic approach to fitness. We are going to meet you where you are, see you for who you are, and go from there. Our Coaches are real people who believe that healthy bodies come in all shapes and sizes and working up a sweat, having fun, and staying safe are the things that matter most.
Driven by authentic hoo-rahs, teeth clenching for personal records, and the sound of deep breaths from the end of a workout, we are confident that this is a community you will be proud you are a part of.
Interested in joining the empowering community of Experience Momentum? Our 7-Day FREE Fitness Trial includes access to all of our fitness classes at all EM locations. Come for the workout, stay for the community.
Get ready to move and feel better.
