Experience Momentum exists because we as a collective community choose to show up every day. This company is both for those we serve, but also for the people who make up the fabric of the organization. Below, we share how this company operates and some of its key components for all to see.

  • Locally owned (Lynnwood) by a Physical Therapist and Massage Therapist.

  • Happiness of Experience Momentum staff is >90%. We had Gallup Analytics perform a poll of our staff using their independent metrics. Life is too short to be unhappy and you cannot help someone else find happiness if you haven’t practiced your exploration first.

  • We are a 1% for the Planet Company and a Certified B Corporation with a legal record demonstrating that we operate at the highest standard of social and environmental impact. We like to do “good”.

  • On the path to Carbon Neutral. Experience Momentum is 100% GHG emissions offset as of 2018.

  • 70% of Leadership is built by underemployed groups.

  • Experience Momentum has been audited to show we provide equal pay for men and women across all positions.

  • We have an internal recycling programs including compost and harvesting rain water; low flow faucets, shower heads, toilets; along with supplies that are either compostable or recyclable.

  • We are a certified Safe Place for endangered youth. This means anyone who is need of a safe place can walk in our doors and say those magic words and our staff is trained to assist them.

  • Experience Momentum leadership sits on many local organization Boards, such as the Foundation for Edmonds School District, Girls on the Run of Snohomish County, and the Sports Medicine Advisory Council, and others.

  • Experience Momentum was the Business of the Year in 2016 for it’s efforts as a core tenant to the City of Lynnwood.

  • Experience Momentum has been honored in 2016, 2017, and 2018 by the City of Lynnwood for its consistent involvement in impact projects that make our community healthier, safer, and cleaner.
